Supaclean Terms and Conditions
By booking our services you accept our terms and conditions of trading.
You agree to give 1 weeks notice of termination of our services.
If your requirements change a new quotation will be required.
We carry out a 2-weekly window cleaning service unless otherwise agreed.
We will endeavor to clean all windows, but if we deem any window to be inaccessible or damaged, these will not be cleaned.
Safety is of paramount importance to us. We would request that small children and pets be enclosed in the safety of the house for the duration of the clean.
We always work within the current Health and Safety legislation. We are unable to work in hazardous conditions.
Any future price increases will be at our discretion, but you will be notified in writing beforehand.
If an inside clean is required, all window areas must be cleared and awkward curtains and blinds removed before cleaning commences.
If any window has not been satisfactorily cleaned, We will return to re-clean the window/s. To take advantage of this service you must inform supaclean within 12 hours of the initial clean.
In order to save you paying large amounts we prefer payment after the third time of us calling.If no payment is made within 7 weeks you will be sent a letter and all cleaning will be stopped.
