Q1.What methods of cleaning do you use?
A1.We currently use the traditional window cleaning methods (soapy water with detergents in, and extra elbow grease).
Q2. What height do you work up to?
A2. Up to 25ft Double ladder.
Q3. How often do you call?
A3. At the end of the job we will book your next appointment. We can do fortnightly, monthly or as required.
Q4. Is the price you quote for work inclusive of VAT?
A4. Yes, there is no VAT to pay on top of the price we quote. We don't keep adding extras.
Q5. Which payment methods are available ?
A5. We usually collect payment at the end of the clean, but if you are not present we will drop an invoice through your door. You can pay online or request us to call back
Payment methods accepted:- Cash. Cheque. Credit/Debit Card.
Q6. What happens if I'm unhappy about the work carried out?
A6. Simply contact us within 12 hrs and we will come back and rectify any problems that you have noticed.
Q7.Can you clean conservatories and glass roofs?
A7. Yes, our pole-system is perfect for cleaning conservatories and roofs.
Q8. What are your working hours?
A8. Our main working hours are Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00. Saturday 08:00-14:30.
Q9. Do you call the same day each time?
A9. We aim to keep to the same day but sometimes this may change due to weather conditions. We can send you a free text to mobile phone to let you know the day we're calling.
Q10. Do you clean the frames as well as the windows?
A10. If you want them cleaning we will clean them. There is an additional charge for this.
Q11. Do I need to be in when you're coming to clean the windows?
A11. No. Please leave area accessible so we can have safe access to your property.
